Shipping & Returns Policy

Standard Shipping (U.S.):$10.00 Flat Rate, free shipping on orders over $75. Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and typically arrives in 7-10 business days.
Processing Time: All orders are hand-packed with care. During holidays or product launches, processing may take an additional 5-7 days.
Tracking: A tracking number will be sent via email once your order has shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the personal nature of fragrance and body products, all sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used. 
However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We'll be happy to resolve the issue by sending a replacement or store credit. Please send photo if damaged, incorrect, or defective to better assist the situation. 
Cece Litaroma is not responsible for packages delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your package is marked as "delivered" but cannot be found, please check with your local post office or carrier before reaching out to us.  Cecelitaroma offers FREE LOCAL deliveries if you're located in Indianapolis ONLY!
